We want you to love your gear. Because every Turtle Hiking tee is printed to order, our policy works a little differently than a big-box store — but we always stand behind our quality.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we'll make it right — a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. Just email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.

Change of Mind

Since each item is made just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind or incorrect size selection. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering — and reach out if you're unsure, we're happy to help you pick.
